OUR HISTORY AND VISION

BluHeera AG has been founded in 2018 under the Laws of Switzerland, with its registered seat in Zug

Almost 25 years of international experience, an overall ca. EUR 4 bn deal size besides the funds raised and renewed in the amount of ca. EUR 1.1 bn, form the basis of the new mission to change the perception about consulting and advisory services

Services are provided in the area of strategy and business development, corporate development and corporate finance alongside a boutique concept

Prospective customers are the smaller and medium-sized companies with growth and development potential

Besides the advisory and consulting services, BluHeera AG intends to be an active investor

Vision is to bring these services closer to the targeted prospective customer segment, via a unique business model, without compromising in quality and become a leading service provider in Europe

OUR SERVICES

Related to strategy and business development, we offer strategic planning, reorganisation and restructuring, revenue and OPEX optimisation, procedure and process optimisation, post-merger integration services, together with fund-raising arrangement and complete front-end project management. 

Related to corporate development and corporate finance, we offer complete M&A project management, deal structuring, governance planning, financial due diligence and business valuation services, together with acquisition and/or project finance arrangement and complete front-end project management.  

OUR INVESTMENT

We have an opportunistic approach in finding investments in the small and medium scale, where value addition is possible. 

Our first investment is into publishing, where we see a niche to provide quality content for the targeted audience.

We are providing support to various local women organisations on the voluntary basis. We take some cases from time-to-time and provide the requested help if our expertise covers the subject matter. 

We are about to support those who are alone with their issues without official help, cannot afford such a help or feel either discriminated negatively or endangered if raising their voice. 

These services are provided and planned to be provided as pro bono.
